In Ana Forrest's Yoga Teacher Training, I learned a very simple meditation that works: • Sit in any comfortable seated position with your back straight. • Breathe deeply in and out through your nose. ( ujayii breathing ) • Breathe in to a count of 3, saying "Clear Mind" • Breathe out to a count of 7 saying "Don't know" ( dooooonnn't knnnnooooooow) • Repeat the following mantras and feel your body release. Clear Mind. Clear Mind. Clear Mind. Don't Know. Private Meditation Sessions are available with Ann Hyland.
